You can set up a conventional mark book as well as a simple standards-based one.

Conventional mark book

• Check the box beside Do you want to use a conventional mark book?.
• If you would like students to be able to see the marks you enter, check the box labelled Do you want to show students their assignment marks?.
• If you would like students to see the assignment comments you enter, check the box labelled Do you want to show students their assignment comments?.
• Click the Save button.

Standards-based mark book

• Check the box beside Do you want to use a standards-based approach?.
• Click the Save button.
