SDS:Missing data report.php

This page allows the user to view students that are missing key information. They are displayed with their name and student number, as well as a list of the missing quantities.

The missing data column also links to the sections of SDS:edit_person.php where the data can be entered.

The data that this page checks are the following:

Student Details Area

• Student Number
• PEN Number
• Home Language
• Citizenship
• Is Day Student

Student Enrollment Area

• Registered
• Fee Status
• ESL

Person's Parents Area

As long as one parent returns true for these fields then the check passes:

• Email address
• Permanent mailing address
• Primary care giver
• Send billings to
• Legal guardian
• Student lives with
• Communicate everything to
• Send documents
• Send reports

For these fields, all parents return true for the check to pass.
