SDS:Change student course registration.php

This page allows a student's course registration to be moved from one course to another.

It is to be used if the registration was initially wrong. It is not to be used for set changes and drops.

Report and mark collection information should be preserved. Assignment_marks will NOT be reassociated with assignments in the new course.
